1. Introduction

Basic Introduction: a water-based weak alkaline cleaning and anti-rust agent.

Product Use: It is used for cleaning and passivation of iron, steel, cast iron, etc. between processes, and for storage and anti-rust. It can be used as cooling water for high-frequency quenching and rust prevention in the best rinsing process.

Scope of Application: suitable for cleaning, passivation and rust prevention between heat treatment processes, cleaning and rust prevention of workpieces in machining industry and cleaning and rust prevention of workpieces in other metal processing industries; applicable substrates include iron, steel, cast iron, etc. Construction methods include spraying, dipping, ultrasonic and so on. 2. Equipment

All parts in contact with bath need to be alkali-resistant. Tanks, pinches, pumps and piping can be fabricated from mild steel. Process circulation pump valves, door seals and other elastic materials in contact with the working solution should be Buna-N, Hypalon or synthetic rubber, and EPDM should be avoided. For steam or hot water heating, the heat exchanger shall be constructed of polished 316 stainless steel, except that the gas burner tubes shall be constructed of 80 gauge carbon steel pipe or equivalent. 8. Storage Conditions

Store above 5°C, store indoors or in a ventilated place close to room temperature. Avoid sun exposure and rain.

9. Wastewater Treatment

Know and follow disposal requirements regarding chemical handling and discharge, given in the form of a chemical "Material Safety Data Sheet" SDS. The working bath is alkaline and may require neutralization or wastewater treatment before the rinse water or working solution is discharged to the sewer. The working solution and the sediment accumulated in the tank may contain different components from the supplied chemicals. Before disposal, analyze the solution and sediment according to the relevant requirements.

The working bath solution is alkaline and can cause skin and eye irritation. Do not get it in eyes, skin or clothing. Do not take internally.
