1. Introduction
Basic Introduction: A water-based rust inhibitor used before and after surface treatment.
Product Use: anti-rust.
Scope of Application: suitable for anti-rust treatment before painting, anti-rust for workpieces in machining industry and anti-rust for workpieces in other metal processing industries; applicable substrates include iron, steel, hot-dip galvanized, electro-galvanized sheet, aluminum and Its alloys, etc. Construction methods include spraying, dipping, etc. It can be used with other additives, please refer to the recommendations and instructions of professional sales representatives or technical engineering experts.
2. Equipment
All parts in contact with bath need to be alkali-resistant. Tanks, pinches, pumps and piping can be fabricated from mild steel. Process circulation pump valves, door seals and other elastic materials in contact with the working solution should be Buna-N, Hypalon or synthetic rubber, and EPDM should be avoided. For steam or hot water heating, the heat exchanger shall be constructed of polished 316 stainless steel, except that the gas burner tubes shall be constructed of 80 gauge carbon steel pipe or equivalent. 7. Parameter Test
PH value test method:
1. Calibrate the pH meter
2. Use a beaker to take 50-100ml of degreasing bath
3. Put the pH meter probe into the beaker
4. Press the pH meter reading switch
5. Read the value and record

8. Storage Conditions
Store above 5°C, store indoors or in a ventilated place close to room temperature. Avoid sun exposure and rain.
9. Wastewater Treatment
Know and follow disposal requirements regarding chemical handling and discharge, given in the form of a chemical "Material Safety Data Sheet" SDS. The working bath is alkaline and may require neutralization or wastewater treatment before the rinse water or working solution is discharged to the sewer. The working solution and the sediment accumulated in the tank may contain different components from the supplied chemicals. Before disposal, analyze the solution and sediment according to the relevant requirements.
10. Matters Needing Attention
When handling this chemical, carefully read, understand, and follow the product first aid and disposal methods listed on the Material Safety Data Sheet SDS. The working bath solution is alkaline and can cause skin and eye irritation. Do not get it in eyes, skin or clothing. Do not take internally. When handling, wear protective equipment such as masks, rubber gloves and protective clothing. In case of accidental contact, please follow the instructions on the corresponding material safety data sheet SDS. In case of personal injury, please go to a qualified hospital for emergency treatment and medical treatment.
